Dictations through the PC microphone:
The Report Vault software has built-in features that allow reading the dictations into the PC with a microphone and internet connection. Our remote transcribers after accessing the dictations then document them, and save them in the Report Vault. The doctors can access the medical record of the patient, e-Sign it and if required fax it to the patient or a referring doctor.
Dictations through a digital voice recorder:
We do realize that some doctors may be averse to using a PC microphone for reading the dictations, for their convenience, iSource has a file transfer feature available on its website. The doctors using a digital voice recorder for dictations can upload the audio files using the file transfer feature. The transcribers of our company will document them, and store them in the Report Vault for allowing doctors to access the report and e signing it.
Dictations Using a Toll Free Phone-in-Dictation:
Doctors can dial and dictate on the iSource toll free primary & secondary phone-in-dictation numbers, for accessing this facility call the customer support 877-323-4707 within the US, if you are dialing from outside the United States dial 1-877-272-1572, a unique secure password is given to each doctor for accessing our phone-in-dictation facility.
