The Report Vault facilitates import and export of documents in fixed, xml, delimited, tokenized, and HL7 formats. The documents can be sent or received as Chart Script, Speech Machines Dictation Net, Dictaphone iChart or Enterprise Express Text, Vianeta, Lanier/CareFlowNet, and many other formats.

Dictation/Transcription feature in the Report Vault
Physicians have multiple options for dictations such as handheld digital recorders, PDA devices, toll free phone-in-dictation, and PC applications. The preferred mode of dictations by small practice clinics is the hand-held digital recorder or the phone-in-dictation system. Most hospitals use dictation systems such as DVI, Dictaphone, Lanier, BCB, Crescendo, and Olympus.
